What OneWay is
OneWay is an educational tracking tool that helps you log calories and compare them to energy burned using Apple Health data.
OneWay is not medical advice. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any disease. It does not prescribe calorie targets, meal plans, or exercise programs.
Smart Calibration recommendations are computed locally from your logged calories, Apple Health burn, and weight trend. They are not medical advice and may not reflect short-term water weight changes.
OneWay Smart subscription
Optional OneWay Smart is an auto-renewable subscription sold through the App Store. Title: OneWay Smart. Length: one month or one year. Price is shown in the app and on the App Store at purchase (currently $4.99 per month or $49.99 per year, plus any applicable tax).
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your device’s App Store account settings.
A 14-day free trial converts to the selected paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends. Restore purchases from the OneWay Smart paywall if you reinstall the app.

Your responsibilities
Consult a qualified healthcare or nutrition professional before changing diet, exercise, or calorie targets. Verify that HealthKit data and your logs are accurate. Use OneWay at your own risk.
No warranty
OneWay is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy of HealthKit data, calculations, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneWay LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of OneWay.
Apple
These Terms are between you and OneWay LLC, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for OneWay: Deficit or its content.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms posted at this URL.
